What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Low Voltage Account Sales Executive, you’ll take ownership of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, and expanding ARK Systems’ presence throughout the Fairfax, VA region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers across a variety of commercial markets, including corporate offices, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, government buildings, and more.
  • Conducting in-depth assessments of client needs to recommend tailored low voltage solutions, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, intercoms, structured cabling, and more.
  • Working collaboratively with engineering and project management teams to design, propose, and present customized solutions that solve real-world challenges.
  • Preparing detailed quotes, proposals, and presentations that communicate the value and technical capabilities of our systems.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to maintain your role as a trusted advisor.
