About the Role
As our Fire Alarm Contracts Coordinator in Arlington, VA, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth operation of our fire alarm division. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating all aspects of our fire alarm contracts—from the initial proposal through to final project closeout. Your daily tasks will include organizing job files, preparing submittals, tracking materials, scheduling inspections, and maintaining strong communication with our project managers, technicians, and clients.
You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to make sure every fire alarm system we install or upgrade is delivered on time, within scope, and meets our high standards for quality and compliance.
