Coordinators are the heartbeat of our fire sprinkler division. You’ll keep contracts moving from proposal through closeout, ensure submittals and permits are accurate, and help our field teams stay aligned with timelines and budgets. When you keep the details tight, our installers, inspectors, and customers can count on safe systems delivered right the first time.
What You’ll Do
- Own the contract lifecycle: manage intake, set up jobs in our systems, track milestones, and maintain organized electronic records.
- Drive submittals & permitting: prepare, route, and track submittal packages; coordinate with AHJs for plan review, permits, and inspections.
- Schedule for success: align material deliveries, fabrication releases, and field crew calendars; update stakeholders on impacts and changes.
- Coordinate vendors & fabrication: issue POs, confirm lead times, reconcile packing slips, and support just-in-time delivery to job sites.
- Support billing & change management: assist with progress billings, lien waivers, COIs, and change orders; keep contract values current.
- Champion compliance: maintain documentation for NFPA, state, and local code requirements; prepare closeout manuals and as-built packages.
- Communicate constantly: provide clear, proactive updates to customers, PMs, designers, and technicians to remove blockers before they appear.
